AIPA Method Core Protocols and Exercise Manual

  • 1. Independent Researcher

Description

This document provides the complete operational protocol specifications for the AIPA Method (Awakening Into Pure Awareness), Version 2. It serves as the practical companion to the primary theoretical and research paper (V2) and to the Additional Application Domains companion document, forming one of three documents constituting the AIPA Method academic project.

Five core protocol categories:

  • Protocol 1: The 1-2-3 Body-Energy-Awareness Protocol (full-body relaxation → energy-body awareness → Pure Awareness contact)
  • Protocol 2: Natural Breathing Restoration
  • Protocol 3: Point of Tension (continuous somatic release)
  • Protocol 4: Mind Management Techniques — the Switch (thumb-index contact for immediate thought stopping), Listening to Silence, and Gaze of Pure Awareness
  • Protocol 5: The 10-Step Awakening Cycle for partial personality dissolution and identity reconstruction

Also includes: Practice parameters and general guidelines; progression indicators; contraindications; guidance for researchers and replication infrastructure; lifestyle framework; Section 11 — domain-specific protocol adaptations for 14 application areas (Addiction Recovery; Faith Deconstruction and Religious Trauma; Disability Psychology; Stress Management and Emotional Regulation; Mind Management; Burnout Prevention and Recovery; Complex PTSD and Trauma Recovery; Anger Management; Prisoner Rehabilitation; Leadership Psychology; Adolescent Development; Loneliness and Social Isolation; Digital Overload and Screen Addiction; Relationship Psychology and Partnership Development).

Purpose: Researchers, clinicians, and independent practitioners seeking to investigate, replicate, or apply the AIPA Method will find in this document the full exercise specifications, practice parameters, progression guidelines, and theoretical rationale necessary for independent implementation. This Manual constitutes the replication infrastructure for the AIPA research program.
