Description

Datasets used in the analyses of the SIEVE population in the article 'In vivo validation of predicted fitness effects at single-base resolution in a Brachypodium distachyon mutant population'.

  • snps.combined.vcf.gz: genotypic data for point mutations in the SIEVE population at M2 and M5 generations.
  • scores.zip: scores used to predict the effect of point mutations in burden and purging tests: SIFT, ESM, PlantCAD, a2z, and PhytoExpr predictions
  • gene_annotations.zip: gene annotations used to classify genes in gene depletion analyses: GO classes and PMN pathways
  • SIFT_DB.zip: SIFT4G database used to annotate missense variants (consequences on protein sequence, in addition to SIFT scores)
  • phenotypes.zip: phenotypic data in the SIEVE population at M3 and M4 generations: germination rate (germination), heading date (heading), plant height (height), and total seed weight (weight)
