Unified Classical Resonance Model (UCRM): Resonant Plasmoids, Bio-ELF/Psionics Sixth Oscillator (Remote Viewing/ESP & Anomalous Cognition), Gravity Control, and Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) Rectification — The Coherent Impulse Resonance Engine (CIRE) as the First Classical Quantum-Vacuum Platform

Abstract 

This paper presents the MC-BE-CIRE-Mc (Moscovium-Bismuth-Enhanced Coherent 
Impulse Resonance Engine), a hybrid classical resonant system that unifies anthropogenic 
plasmoid formation with engineered gravity control, zero-point energy rectification, 
propellantless propulsion, and defensive resonance countermeasures. Building upon the 
2026 APR/RAST v2 validation of Resonant AgI Swarm Theory (RAST)—which demonstrated 
Kuramoto synchronization and self-organized criticality driving five-phase plasmoid life 
cycles under geomagnetic and anthropogenic seeding conditions—the present work 
eliminates dependence on silver-iodide aerosols and space-weather drivers. Integration of 
coherent matterwave beams (Lockheed Martin US9502202B2 and UnLAB phase
controlled technology), Gradient Impulse Generator (GIG) pulsed dynamics with native 
Pais Effect vacuum polarization, the 1.094 MHz hydrogen-ion tensor interface (Znidarsic Z 
Theory impedance matching), Bismuth diamagnetic/topological stabilization, and trace 
Moscovium (element 115) relativistic 7p orbital amplification yields a tunable vortex-core 
architecture capable of 10–50 % inertial reduction, 1–9 N/kg thrust scaling, net ZPE gain in 
dual-vortex mode, on-demand clean-air plasmoid generation, atmospheric remediation, 
and >90 % phase-cancellation against directed-energy waveforms. The bio-ELF/psionics 
sixth oscillator—now independently validated by the classical Russian Kozyrev Mirrors and 
ISRICA experiments—further classicalizes government-documented anomalous cognition 
(Stargate program and replications) as inbound resonance queries within the same 
Kuramoto + vacuum-quantization framework; the human pineal calcite microcrystals
