Description

This record contains a technical report and fully reproducible artifact package for the "Authority-Governed Assured Autonomy Rover Testbed," a research platform designed for autonomous systems operating under degraded and adversarial conditions.

The testbed integrates three governance architectures:

  • SATA (Sensor Trust Assessment)
  • HMAA (Hierarchical Multi-Level Authority Allocation)
  • CARA (Context-Aware Recovery Architecture)

These components form a unified pipeline for trust-aware decision-making, authority computation, and adaptive recovery under uncertainty and attack scenarios.

The artifact package includes:

  • Full system architecture and formal methodology (paper)
  • Interactive governance simulator with fault injection scenarios
  • Complete hardware design (blueprint, schematic, BOM)
  • Electrical connection graph (76 connections with pins and voltages)
  • System configuration (component-level specification)
  • Assembly guide for physical platform construction
  • Source repository (Python implementation, formal models, CI pipeline)

Validation status (v1.0):

  • Technology Readiness Level (TRL): 3–4
  • Governance architectures validated via simulation (350 structured runs across 7 fault-injection scenarios)
  • Hardware design and build artifacts are complete
  • Physical assembly is in progress
  • Hardware experimental validation will be included in v2.0

This artifact is intended for reproducibility, system design inspection, and simulation-based validation. It does not represent a fully hardware-validated system at this stage.
