Presencia de Iberus splendidus (Draparnaud, 1801) en Cantabria, España (Stylommatophora: Helicidae)
Description
The rediscovery of a population of Iberus splendidus (Draparnaud, 1801) is documented in the municipality of Santander (Cantabria), outside its known distribution range. The revision of historical material deposited in the MNCN confirms its presence in the region since at least 1962. This finding suggests a possible anthropogenic origin and provides new information on the species’ distribution
