This dataset provides a comprehensive directory of participants involved in Phase 1 of the Fungarium Sequencing Project (FSP), conducted between 2024 and 2026. It details the specific roles and contributions of individuals from the three primary partner institutions: 

  • Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew 

  • Natural History Museum, London 

  • Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh 

 

Authorship and Attribution 

The contributor list includes both current and former members of the FSP. In accordance with project governance, the authorship is structured as follows: 

  • Lead Authors: The Principal Investigator (PI) and co-Investigators are listed as first authors. 

  • Contributing Authors: All other participants are listed in alphabetical order. 

  • Senior Author: The Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) is listed as the final author.
