Data and code for "Topological insulator single-electron transistors for charge sensing applications"

Description

This repository contains the data and code supporting the manuscript Topological insulator single-electron transistors for charge sensing applications. It provides experimental raw data, numerical simulations, and Jupyter notebooks for reproducing the figures.

Contents of the TINW_SET directory:

  • experiment_data/: Raw measurement data (CSV format).
  • simulation_data/: Generated simulation data (NPZ format).
  • figures_output/: Figures generated by the corresponding Jupyter notebooks (PDF format).
  • Fig1-4.ipynb: Jupyter notebooks used to generate each figure in the main text.
  • SI_Figs.ipynb: Jupyter notebooks used to generate the figures in the Supplementary Information (SI).
  • Simulation.ipynb: Jupyter notebook that runs the simulation code to generate the simulation data.
  • analyse_config.py: Python module containing auxiliary functions and dependencies used for processing and plotting of the data.
  • README.txt: Simple guide and notes to run the Jupyter notebooks.
