Dataset: Multi-barrier treatments integrating constructed wetlands for the reuse of stormwater, greywater and wastewater
Description
This dataset supports the manuscript “Multi-barrier treatments integrating constructed wetlands for the reuse of stormwater, greywater and wastewater” and provides experimental results obtained under controlled and comparable conditions in Luxembourg. It includes physical–chemical, microbiological, and ecotoxicological data used to evaluate the performance of constructed wetlands (CW) and advanced treatment processes within multi-barrier configurations for urban water reuse.
The dataset covers treatment of stormwater, greywater, and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) effluents, including CW-based systems, UV disinfection, granular activated carbon (GAC), advanced oxidation (UV/H₂O₂), and ozonation (O₃). Key parameters include conventional water quality indicators (e.g., COD, TSS, UV transmittance), bacterial log value reduction (LVR), and mixture risk quotients (RQmix) derived from 31 micropollutants.
This resource is intended to support reproducibility, facilitate benchmarking of treatment technologies, and enable further research on risk-based design and optimization of urban water reuse systems.
