Description
The current project explores the interaction between linguistic and semantic text parameters, as well as cognitive processes when reading digital materials across different platforms and text types to understand factors contributing to successful reading. The DMP covers several key datasets:
- Eye-tracking data: eye movement recordings from at least 100 participants reading various text types on both computer screens and smartphones;
- Cognitive functions: results from a battery of psychometric tests evaluating working memory, executive functions, verbal learning, long-term memory, and language-related cognitive abilities.
- Questionnaire data about the participant’s demographics, (socio-)linguistic background, and current physical state
