Flavonolignan mixture analysis of Silymarin products

An overview of the collected literature data from chemical mixture analysis of silymarin products. The dataset contains in the frist sheet 1) literature DOI's, the SM product name provided in the manuscript, the amount of silychristin (in mg), the amount of silymarin total (in mg) and the calculated or derived silychristin percentages per silymarin product. In the second sheet, the data is summarized to calculate an average and median percentage of all products and calculation for the RDI's of silychristin based on derived percentages.
