vOTUs and MAGs were recovered from sediment samples collected in the CCZ

vOTUs (CCZV.fa) and MAGs (CCZ_MAGs.tar.gz) were recovered from sediment samples collected in the CCZ. Relative abundance profiles (RPKM and read counts) of vOTUs, vPCs, and MAGs in 53 CCZ sediment samples. BLASTp-based results (blastp-step1.tsv and blastp-step2.tsv) supporting the identification of putative virus–prokaryote gene exchange events.
