Description
This repository contains the data underlying the manuscript “Evaluation of the effect of vibration and acoustic signals in a Class II biological safety cabinet on wound healing in keratinocytes.” The study characterizes the vibroacoustic environment of a Class II biological safety cabinet (BSC) and a cell-culture laboratory (room noise spectrum, reverberation estimates, and tray vibration mapping), and reports HaCaT keratinocyte scratch-assay wound closure quantified at 24 h as relative area closure (based on wound area at 0 h and 24 h). The upload includes the wound-closure measurement table(s) and the acoustic/vibration measurement data used to generate the manuscript figures and statistics.
