Description

Experimental data for indentation tests on porcine spinal cord gray and white matter with different sizes of indenter tips, according to Protocol A to D described in "Spatial scale of indentation explains shift in ratio between spinal cord gray and white matter stiffness". “Data Info.xlsx” provides an overview of the experimental conditions of each scan. Additional details are included in the headers of each raw data file. Some indentation points intended to be in gray matter turned out to actually lie outside of gray matter after image-based verification of the matrix scan start and end locations and were thus excluded from further analysis. The indices of these excluded points are listed in “Data Info.xlsx.”. Some indentations do not show the typical force-displacement curve and were filtered out. The indices of these filtered indentation points are also listed in “Data Info.xlsx.”.
