Description
This article analyzes the physical, technical, tactical, and psychological factors determining the effectiveness of attacking actions in volleyball players using a sociological approach. During the study, a survey was conducted among coaches and athletes, which made it possible to identify the key factors influencing the effectiveness of attacking actions in volleyball. The analysis results showed that the speed and power of attack hits, changes in attack direction, and the psychological preparedness of athletes significantly affect game performance. In addition, the need to improve technical and tactical training during the training process and to develop athletes' ability to make quick decisions in game situations was identified. The obtained results have important scientific and practical significance for improving the effectiveness of attacking actions in volleyball players.
