Specific features in the use of suffixes of independent word classes in the 'Zevarkhon' epic

A BS T R A C TIn the article, the special features of dahldar additions to word groups, the different aspects of their use are revealed on the example of the "Zevarkhan" epic. Also, the grammatical and semantic-stylistic features of the epic text are studied.This article examines the specific features of dahldar additions within word groups and reveals their functional and structural characteristics using the epic “Zevarkhan” as the main linguistic source. This study analyses how these additions contribute to the syntactic organisation of the text, clarifying their role in establishing semantic relations between the components of word combinations. Particular attention is given to how these additions enhance the expressiveness, coherence and stylistic richness of the epicnarrative.Additionally, the research examines the grammatical properties of epic language, such as morphological forms, patterns of word connection and the distribution of syntactic constructions that are characteristic of oral poetic discourse. The semantic and stylistic layers of the text are also examined to demonstrate how traditional epic language preserves national linguistic features while serving artistic purposes.The findings reveal that dahldar additions in the 'Zevarkhan' epic play a vital role in shaping the text and intensifying its meaning. This article makes a valuable contribution to the broader study of Uzbek epic language, word-group syntax, and the interaction between grammar and style in folklore texts
