Description

Currently,themaintaskfacingmodernseismicallystableconstructionisthemosteffectiveandeconomicallyfeasibletoolforensuringthereliabilityandseismicresistanceofbuildingsandstructures-aseismicisolationsystem.Thetaskofreducingmaterialandsocialdamagefromstrongearthquakesissolvedintwoways:developingearthquakeforecastsandconstructingearthquake-resistantbuildingsandstructures.Inseismiczones,thedesignofmodernbuildingsandstructuresiscarriedoutmainlyintwodirections-usingpassiveandactivemethods[1-5].Thetraditional(passive)methodofensuringtheseismicstabilityofstructuresincludesincreasingtheload-bearingcapacityofstructuresbyincreasingthedimensionsandstrengthofmaterialsandtheuseofseismicbelts,reinforcedconcreteadditivesinbuildingswithload-bearingbrickwalls,additionalstrengtheningoftheintersectionsoflongitudinalandtransversewalls,allofwhichrequireasignificantincreaseinthenumberofbuildingmaterialsandequipment.Theuseofseismicinsulationsignificantlyincreasesthereliabilityofbuildings;thesafetyandreliabilityofequipment,theeconomicindicatorsofbuildings,theabsenceoftheneedforrestorationworkafterstrongearthquakes,createsconvenienceforthepopulation
