Terrestrial plant extinction during the Permian–Triassic ecosystem crisis

This dataset contains raw simulation outputs (NetCDF) and fossil record compilations (Excel) supporting the findings of the manuscript.

Contents:

• Climate Data: Annual and monthly mean precipitation and temperature fields (Cases T19-T32).

• Vegetation Data: Simulated biome distributions and PFT extinction patterns.

• Fossil Records: Distribution of Glossopteridales and Dicroidium from PBDB. And palynological records.
