G-SASP-PREPRINT-Psychosis-PhytoIntelligence
Description
Objective: To propose a non-synthetic, μlti-ligand therapeutic protocol for the modulation of acute and chronic psychosis, utilizing the PhytoIntelligence 3.1 (PI-3.1) discovery pipeline. Hypothesis: The "Mono-Target Fallacy" of synthetic antipsychotics (primarily D2 antagonism) accelerates receptor upregulation (REVOLVER resistance). We hypothesize that a "Sovereign Phyto-Modulation" matrix, utilizing siμltaneous D1/D2 dual-action, VMAT2 throttling, and GABAergic stabilization, will achieve network homeostasis without the metabolic toxicity of second-generation atypicals.
