Ethics and Governance in Togolese AI: An African Perspective

Description
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Togo has raised concerns about ethical governance and data management practices. A qualitative study using case studies and expert interviews to analyse current AI applications and potential risks. The governance structures currently in place are insufficient to address these issues effectively, necessitating immediate policy reforms. Develop an integrated AI ethics framework that includes public consultation processes and regular audits of AI applications.
