METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING THE STEAM EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Description

This article discusses the methods of implementing the STEAM education system in preschool education. Today, the development of modern education requires the formation of children’s intellectual, creative, practical, and communicative abilities from an early age. In this regard, the STEAM approach, which integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, plays an important role in preschool education. The article analyzes the pedagogical significance of STEAM education, its advantages in the development of preschool children, and the methodological ways of introducing it into the educational process. Special attention is given to play-based activities, experimental tasks, creative projects, problem-solving exercises, and integrated learning methods. It is concluded that the implementation of STEAM education in preschool institutions helps develop children’s curiosity, logical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and practical skills.
