Complete analysis pipeline for quantifying functional connectivity reorganization during propofol-induced unconsciousness using Weighted Jaccard similarity analysis.

Key Results

  • Mean subject-level WJ = 0.499 (awake vs. unconscious), all 24 subjects significant
  • Recovery fraction = 3.8% during early behavioral recovery
  • All 8 canonical networks show significant similarity reduction (p < 0.001, FDR)
  • Only default mode network shows significant early recovery
