Description

A mixed methods study combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews among adolescents and service providers. Mobile app usage rates were notably higher among urban youth (75%) compared to rural areas (40%), revealing a digital divide in mental health services access. The mobile app ecosystem for adolescent mental health is promising but requires tailored interventions to bridge the gap between users and service delivery.
