Description
Mobile health clinics have emerged as a critical intervention in improving maternal and neonatal survival rates in developing regions. The study employed a comparative design to analyse data from two mobile health clinic programmes operating in different districts within Dar es Salaam. Mobile health clinics significantly reduced neonatal mortality by 15% in one district compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Mobile health clinics play a pivotal role in improving maternal and newborn outcomes, particularly in resource-limited settings. Continued investment in mobile health clinic infrastructure and community engagement strategies is recommended for sustainable impact. mobile health clinics, maternal survival, neonatal mortality, Dar es Salaam
