Semantic Control Plane for Enterprise Integration — v3.0 FINAL (Project Freeze)

This release represents a structural freeze of the DEIP ecosystem.

DEIP defines the decision pipeline (Intent → Interaction Type → Quality Profile → Integration Capability → Protocol Profile → Platform Binding) that governs platform existence and semantic continuity across the SDIA layers.

This project is not abandoned. It is frozen.

Reason for freeze: The work entered an infinite refinement loop. The architecture evolved, but external peer review, validation feedback, or community contribution did not materialize. Continuing alone without structural feedback ceased to be research and became exhaustion.

This is not a farewell. This is a professional pause.

What is included in this final structured release

The ecosystem is structurally complete. No further changes are planned at this stage.

Not a farewell. Not a complaint. Just a professional acknowledgment that solo work without external feedback eventually reaches a point of diminishing returns.
