Post-conflict African states face complex challenges in economic recovery and stability, particularly in sectors like business management. A qualitative study involving interviews with key industry figures and analysis of existing literature on post-conflict recovery strategies. While businesses are demonstrating remarkable adaptability, ongoing support from government and international organizations is crucial for sustained growth. Moroccan policymakers should prioritise training programmes for business managers on post-conflict management strategies and provide financial incentives for innovative practices.
