Description

The genome of this species was sequenced and assembled by Fabrega et al (2021. PMID: 40689663). The FASTA files were downloaded from NCBI (GenBank assembly GCA_000755165.2). The genome was assembled in 35 chromosomes (GCA_000755165.2_ASM75516v2_genomic.fna). A total of 8401 proteins were annotated [protein.faa], and their coding sequences are found in the file: cds_from_genomic.fna.
