What changed

FormWork is now correctly described as the coordination harness, not the evaluation system.

• Section 4 restructured: new intro establishing FormWork as the temporary structure (from concrete construction) that holds all tools in position while work is wet
• Section 4.2 renamed from "Evaluation Decomposition: Formwork" to "Evaluation Decomposition: LensArray"
• Abstract updated to name FormWork as coordination harness, LensArray as evaluation system
• Section 5 (Recursive Proof) rewritten to reflect correct tool roles
• Applied Tools section restructured with correct descriptions
• PDF included

This is a substantive revision to the flagship whitepaper. The core framework (accommodation design) is unchanged. The correction clarifies the relationship between the coordination process (FormWork) and its component tools (SavePoint, LensArray, skills, voice, knowledge traversal).
