Deliverable D1.4 – Revised Project Management Plan

Deliverable 1.4 Revised Project Management Plan is a revised version of D1.3 that summarizes
important aspects of the ReZilient project. In D1.3 a Gantt chart with a work-breakdown structure 
including schedule, responsible partner, and related deliverables per WP and task, plus HSE issues and 
potential risks and measures taken to mitigate their impact, were described. The D1.4 Revised Project 
Management Plan, includes a list of the Unforeseen risks, updated version for GANTT and updated
version of the deliverables table and the submitted date compared to the planned date for the 
deliverables submitted so far. 
Together with the deliverable 1.2 “Project Management Handbook”, it provides a comprehensive guide 
and overview of the ReZilient project, its governance and management
