Yoga helped Rishimuni survive many years ago. To stay in shape, they do yoga. They also advertise their students. For this reason, yoga is a way for these older generations to connect with us. Due to the extremely pure and hygienic environment and diet of the time, people were enjoying long lives and remaining in shape with the aid of yoga.Seniors who practice yoga can benefit greatly from improved cardiovascular health, increased joint mobility to manage arthritis, improved mental well-being, and improved balance and flexibility to lower their risk of falling.
