Description
The scheme represents figure 1 of the interim report of the consortium NFDI4BIOIMAGE submitted in February 2026. It summarizes key achievements and related metrics accomplished in the past three years linked to the corresponding central objectives listed in the application of the consortium. Key visions and concepts are further emphasized using illustrations and cropped elements thereof of Henning Falk, including 'Monolithic vs. chunked', 'Bea computes' and 'FAIR re-use' ©2022 NumFOCUS, as well as of the NFDI4BIOIMAGE 2026 wall calendar December page 'It's time to publish - where can bioimage data go? by Henning Falk' used under a CC BY 4.0 license. Modifications to the drawings include cropping.
