gychen-NJU/PF2nlfff: PROGAN

This open-source package PF2nlfff implements the Physics-Reinforced Generative Adversarial Network (PRO-GAN) framework and provides implementations for fast and accurate NLFFF (Nonlinear force-free field) extrapolation. This pipline will perform potential extrapolation, rapid extrapolation, and if selected, physics-rinforced retraining with neural network will be executed. It can also generate 3D field images. 

This repository is for the paper, "A novel way for extrapolating the solar magnetic field with PRO-GAN" by Guoyin Chen et al., accepted by The Astrophysical Journal.
