Description

This repository contains the MATLAB implementation and datasets used to reproduce the simulation results presented in the manuscript submitted to Scientific Reports with Submission ID: d26a339a-fdb5-4dc4-97f1-8cb1716e17d5, and Title:

"A Novel Intelligent Control using RBFNN-Class Topper Optimization for Stability Enhancement in Hybrid Standalone Microgrid".

The dataset includes renewable generation profiles, load variation data, and system parameters used in the hybrid standalone microgrid simulation model.

The MATLAB scripts reproduce the main results reported in the manuscript, including:

• DC-link voltage response under dynamic load conditions
• Power sharing among solar photovoltaic (PV), wind turbine generator (WTG), and battery energy storage system (BESS)
• Inverter voltage and load current waveforms
• Harmonic analysis using FFT
• Comparative performance evaluation of PI, ANN, and the proposed RBFNN–CTOA controller
• Stability verification using Lyapunov-based analysis

Datasets included:

  • Solar irradiance profile (1000 → 600 → 900 W/m²)

  • Wind speed profile (12 → 8 → 10 m/s)

  • Load variation profile (2.5–10 kW dynamic load)

  • Microgrid system parameters

MATLAB scripts included:

  • DCVoltResponse_5.m

  • Source_Power_Sharing_6.m

  • InvVolt_LoadCurrent7_8.m

  • FFT_9.m

  • Comparision_Table3.m

  • Stabilityplot.m

  • DC_link_volt_Comp_extra.m

  • BDC11_12_13.m

This repository is provided to ensure reproducibility of the results and facilitate further research on intelligent control strategies for hybrid renewable microgrids.
