Deliverable D6.3 Report on the HellasQCI community establishment

This deliverable reports on the establishment of the HellasQCI Community under Task 6.2 of Work Package 6 (“Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation”). The HellasQCI Community has been developed as a structured, multi-sector national stakeholder network supporting the deployment, adoption, and long-term sustainability of quantum communication infrastructures in Greece, in alignment with the European Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI) initiative. The report describes the stakeholder mapping methodology, the creation of the community registry and online engagement mechanisms, and the implementation of training activities, flagship events, and targeted stakeholder interactions that collectively enabled the formation and consolidation of the community. Through systematic engagement across government, national security, research and education, industry, and innovation ecosystems, HellasQCI has established an operational and growing national coordination framework. The activities documented herein demonstrate the successful achievement of Milestone MS20 (“HellasQCI Community is established”) and contribute to strengthening Greece’s role within the evolving EuroQCI ecosystem.
