Description
This poster has been presented at The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) and national/regional Open Science Policies in Brussels on April 16th, 2024. It explains the aims, roles and activities of FedOSC (The Federal Open Science Cloud) project, that will facilitate the integration of the Belgian Federal Scientific Institutions (FSIs) scientific data and results into the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). During the project, 1.4.2024 - 30.3.2026, a co-creation process will be initiated between Belnet, Belspo and the FSIs to initiate and guide the integration and to develop a long-term and sustainable strategy regarding Open Research Data. This work will be undertaken in line with the FAIR+ and CARE principles focusing on the findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability of the data, as well as its long-term storage, preservation and ethical management and use.
