LSST Camera CCD Height Map

Height map data for the Rubin Observatory LSST Camera sensors.

Primary source is LSST Document-37242: 

"Focal plane surface metrology report and summary characterization data for the as-built detector array" - Andrew Rasmussen on behalf of the LSST Camera I&T, Cryostat, Science Raft & Corner Raft teams

The raw data was cleaned and smoothed using a 6th order polynomial for each CCD.  Gaps in the original data were filled using a PCA model of each sensor type.

File:

• ccd_height_map.fits.gz: One HDU per sensor.  The data array contains the height (with positive indicating a perturbation away from the primary mirror).  Header information includes the domain of the data array and best fitting Zernike coefficients using the Noll index convention.
