Description
Final version of the simulation and analysis code used for PHY4004 Assignment 1.
This repository contains TOPAS parameter files and Python analysis scripts used to investigate:
• Proton Bragg peak depth in water
• Carbon ion energy matching using bisection search
• Water equivalent thickness (WET) of heterogeneous inserts
• Radial beam broadening due to multiple Coulomb scattering
• Lead thickness matching to reproduce bone range shifts
The code accompanies the written report and is archived to ensure reproducibility of the simulation results.
