This release contains the analysis code and rendered outputs supporting the manuscript "HairTime: A Noninvasive Assay for Estimating Circadian Phase from a Single Hair Sample." The repository provides R Markdown scripts used to perform the statistical analyses and generate the results reported in the study.

The main analysis is implemented in All.Rmd, with the corresponding rendered output available in All.html. A sensitivity analysis excluding entries with duplicate samples is provided in All_noduplicate.Rmd with its rendered output All_noduplicate.html.

The analyses were applied to data from more than 3,000 individuals and reveal age-, sex-, and work schedule–related patterns consistent with established behavioral and physiological chronotype data. This release enables transparency and reproducibility of the analyses supporting the study.
