Description
This zenodo dataset contains the script used to generate custom TE GTF to be used with TEtranscripts and TEsingle. It also contains (for archival purposes) custom TE GTF for UCSC hg38 (human) and mm39 (mouse), as well as GENCODE compatible TE GTF (GRCh38 for human and GRCm39 for mouse).
This repository is designed to be used with TEtranscripts and TEsingle. Please refer to the respective repository for software dependencies.
