Description
The data are flow cyotmetric analysis and sorting of a colony harboring populations of cells with different amounts of Ald4-mScarlet. The sorted cells exhibit differential survival after exposure to a antifungal compound mycosidine. The paper with the other data is accepted in Communications Biolody journal and is deposited in BiorXiv - https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.02.19.580949
Files include FCS files for the original colony that was sorted (colony_check) and several iterations of the low and high abundance Ald4 population. Gating strategy is depicted in the addached PDF file.
