This dataset accompanies the conference paper “The Behavioral Impact of Public Transport Unreliability: A Performance Indicator-Based Approach” (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.trpro.2025.10.027).
It includes the following files:
– The Behavioral Impact - Dataset (questionare + kpi).xlsx – list of all respondent answers and the PT quality KPIs.
– The Behavioral Impact - Dataset (questionare answer description).xlsx – list of all questionare questions and all their possible answers to help interpret the main dataset.
– README.txt – general description of the dataset structure and notes for users.
All files are provided to ensure full transparency and reproducibility of the analyses presented in the paper.
