This dataset accompanies the conference paper “An Examination of Driving Speed: The Role of Perceivable Road Characteristics in Towns” (https://zenodo.org/records/18924119).

It includes the following files:
– Location attributes dataset.xlsx – list of all measured locations and their corresponding road‑environment attributes.
– Location attributes dataset description.xlsx – detailed data dictionary including attribute definitions, units, and value interpretations.
– Radar.zip – radar‑based speed measurements for each analysed location (one XLSX file per location).
– README.txt – general description of the dataset structure and notes for users.
