Na⁺-Modulated Liposomal Albendazole: A Hypothesis for Enhancing Drug Penetration Across the Laminated Layer Barrier of Hydatid Cysts

This manuscript presents a scientific hypothesis and conceptual framework proposing that modulation of sodium ion (Na⁺) concentration during the preparation of liposomal albendazole may influence liposome cyst wall interactions and enhance drug penetration across the laminated layer of hydatid cysts. The article proposes theoretical mechanisms and suggests directions for future experimental investigation.
