A command-line tool for retrieving journal metadata from the Indonesian academic database SINTA 3. The tool supports keyword search, affiliation filtering, and outputs structured metadata in JSON or CSV format. It is designed as a lightweight research utility for bibliometric analysis and data collection from the SINTA journal index.
