Authors/Creators
Description
Overview
BioRemPP (Bioremediation Potential Profile) is a web-based computational platform designed to assess and visualize the bioremediation potential of microbial communities from functional annotation data. The platform enables researchers to systematically link pollutant compounds with their degradation pathways, toxicological profiles, and regulatory status across multiple international frameworks.
