The Ghost Dual Complex
Description
Paper 2 of an 8 part series.
This paper introduces the Ghost Dual Complex, the negative‑space dual structure associated with the primal Honeycomb Unit (HU) lattice. The ghost complex is constructed by placing octahedra in the dual positions of HU cells and connecting them through adjacency rules inherited from the primal geometry. Unlike the HU lattice, which encodes local curvature through metric deficit angles, the ghost complex expands combinatorially, forming a discrete hierarchy of layers that encode global curvature and large‑scale structure. The paper formalizes the construction of the ghost complex, analyzes its adjacency graph, and establishes its role as the dual geometric backbone of the Honeyverse framework. This dual structure becomes essential in later developments, including holography, information flow, and the combinatorial derivation of cosmological scales.
