Hubble Tension as an Observer Frame Artifact: Solar, Galactic, and Large-Scale Velocity Corrections

Description

Kinematic resolution of the Hubble tension via three nested bulk flows (Solar LSR + Great Attractor + KBC void). Reduces discrepancy from 4.85σ to 0.43σ. H₀ = 67.93 ± 0.82 (stat) ± 4.38 (sys) km/s/Mpc. Zero free parameters. Pre-registered falsifiable prediction: v₂ = 643 ± 20 km/s (DESI DR2). χ²=2.23, p=0.53 consistent with historical bulk flow measurements
