ABSTRACT. We establish a certified chain of statements S₁ through S_4v toward the ABC Conjecture. Each statement is self-contained. The chain produces the bound E ≤ 3 log c · log(log₂ c), where E = ∑_p|abc(v_p(abc) − 1) log p is the excess.

We then prove E ≤ 2 log rad(abc) + K_ε by identifying v_p(abc) − 1 with the spectral defect c_E,C of the Frey curve at p, and applying the bound of Brock–Jordan–Poonen–Scholl–Wetherell. The ABC Conjecture follows.
