A NOVA DESORDEM MUNDIAL

Description

The book "The New World Disorder: The New Geopolitical Model of the 21st Century" analyzes the period between 1991 and 2026 - from the end of the Cold War to the imprisonment of the President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
The methodology used addresses national power, through its expressions (political, economic, psychosocial, military and scientific-technological), expanded to international relations, specifically in the understanding of geopolitics and its currents.

The book has three parts:
1. Between 1991-2000: The Residual Order. It addresses the collapse of bipolarity, the ephemeral triumph of liberalism and the beginning of the contradictions of the new global era.

2. Between 2001-2010. The Bridge to Disorder. The frustration of the "end of history", the return of strategic competition and the birth of new forms of power.

3. Between 2011-2026. "The Disorder Without Direction." "The system has collapsed...Have you heard that phrase before?" It establishes the non-systemic structure of the period, which consolidates the global perception of the disintegration of the order of the United Nations Charter.
