Complete Quark Mass Spectrum from Fibonacci Arithmetic

We derive all six quark masses from the Higgs vacuum expectation value $v = F_{12} + F_7 = 246$~GeV using Fibonacci numbers and the golden ratio $arphi$. The top quark anchors the spectrum at $m_t = v/\sqrt{2}$ (Yukawa coupling unity); inter-generation ratios follow from the fine-structure constant and golden-ratio powers
