Description
This repository contains Geographic Information System (GIS) datasets for the proposed Seismic Buffer Zones (SBZ) along the ~500 km rupture corridor of the March 28, 2025, M7.7 Mandalay Earthquake.
The research proposes a three-tier zoning system to mitigate risks from primary surface rupture and the expanded Coseismic Damage Zone (CDZ) associated with supershear rupture propagation.
